Besides “general knowledge” of the World Wide Web, we will in future use "personal knowledge" of our own actions in order to be even more successful. Communication plays a major role in this context. Target analysis and presentation of this knowledge will be a crucial component concerning our further development. Nowadays communication is frequently accompanied by the phenomenon of "communication overflow". Nevertheless this phenomenon is temporary. The right tools will enable us to access unexpected possibilities in order to utilize our past.
In this sense we do not think of the continuously increasing volume of communication as a problem in and of itself, but as a great chance to gain knowledge.
