In addition to questions about technology and applications, other problems could arise. In order to guarantee immediate help, our Lookeen® Support Center is at your disposal. You receive support via e-mail for free.

  • Before contacting the Lookeen® Support Center, please make sure that you have already installed the latest updates and service packs on your Microsoft® Windows and Microsoft® Office package. Find out at www.microsoft.com, if your PC is provides the latest updates.
  • Furthermore, in case of any technical problems, please make sure that your computer fulfils the system requirements necessary for Lookeen®. All information concerning these requirements can be found in the FAQ section, under system requirements. The answer to many standard questions are also found there.
  • We would like our clients to be able to work quickly and efficiently. Therefore we kindly ask you to appreciate that our support questions do not refer to system requirements not being fulfilled or any other incompatibilities with your OS.
  • If you have any questions about acquisition, payment, your licence key, or similar problems, please contact our distributing partner Share-It!. Unfortunately, our Lookeen® support team cannot give you answers concerning these types of problems.
