Take Control with Group Policies
Configuration, restriction and roll out – with the included Lookeen Group Policies you control the use of Lookeen as a system administrator within your company.
With Lookeen Group Policies, you can give selected authorized employees access to sensitive or confidential Outlook items. Your IT department or an administrator can easily control which employees are permitted, and which aren’t, to search with the Lookeen add-on on, for example, your Exchange Server, Public Folder or on your network.
Even the indexing or searching of PST files can be centrally controlled with Lookeen Group Policies.
Precise control with multi-level access restrictions: you allow an employee to index and find sensitive or confidential Outlook items, but restrict their ability to open or display them. With Lookeen Group Policies you will have your sensitive Outlook data under control. The syncing of your Exchange Servers will not be affected.
