  • Furthermore, in case of any technical problems, please make sure that your computer fulfils the system requirements necessary for Lookeen®. All information concerning these requirements can be found in the FAQ section, under system requirements. The answer to many standard questions are also found there.
  • We would like our clients to be able to work quickly and efficiently. Therefore we kindly ask you to appreciate that our support questions do not refer to system requirements not being fulfilled or any other incompatibilities with your OS.
  • If you have any questions about acquisition, payment, your licence key, or similar problems, please contact our distributing partner Share-It!.
